(435) 673-TRAN (8726)Electric Scooters
Spin (Electric Scooters) are the St. George municipal Scooter Rental vendor.
Spin scooters cost $1 to unlock and 15 cents per minute to ride. About $1.45 to go to Sunset Corner (1.7 miles) About $3.25 to go to Smith's Marketplace (2.6 miles) About $4.10 to go to Utah Technical University (4.1 miles) Effectively, somewhere near $10/hour. The Spin Apps are the most practical way to find/access/pay for them. Apple App Store or Google Play The App shows where they are and the charge remaining on their battery. There are usually a half-dozen or so within 1/4 mile of Silver Creek, sometimes less.Spin recently merged with Bird, another electric scooter municipal franchisee familiar in SLC.
The same off-street trail systems are available to Scooters too.
The paved trail system makes this a really attractive transportation option.
Electric scooters are treated the same as bikes and can ride anyplace legal for a bike.
This also applies to one-wheels, hoverboards, Segways, skateboards, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices.
Scooters are also available for rent at many businesses throughout St. George.
