Attending Board of Trustees Meeting by Zoom

Schedule for Trustee Meetings and the Annual Meeting.

Silver Creek HOA Board of Trustees Zoom meetings are not active until 15 minutes prior to the meeting.

Homeowners attending HOA Meetings by Zoom 

You may attend both Silver Creek Monthly Trustee and Annual Homeowner Meetings via Zoom. 

Homeowner Open Comments are generally the first agenda item.

The Meeting Agenda with specific Zoom Meeting ID and passcode is sent each month to the email address on record.

The Meeting Agenda is also posted 48-hours prior to the meeting on the website Agendas page. 

NOTE:  Annual Meeting - Persons attending via Zoom are not permitted to vote.

To vote in the Annual Meeting - Please either attend in person or register another homeowner to vote in-person as a Proxy on your behalf.

Homeowners who have submitted Proxy statements are counted toward the "Quorum" requirement for voting purposes (minimum number necessary for Association to hold member votes).
