Application to make changes to Building Exteriors, Landscaping, or other Limited Common Area


Changes must be approved by the Board of Trustees through the Architectural Control Committee *prior* to commencement of any work.


Work must be specifically defined as to nature, kind, shape, height, materials, colors, location, and any other pertinent details, and all aspects subject to approval.


Certificates of Insurance are required of all contractors.


Permits and Approvals (if-needed) by any Federal, State, or Local Regulatory Agency are also required.
