Silver Creek HOA Board meeting Zoom links are unavailable online until 2~3 days prior to the meeting.

The meeting itself is not opened on Zoom to join until 15 minutes prior to the meeting.

The schedule for Trustee Meetings and the Annual Meeting is published here on the web site and on each meeting's Agenda.

Homeowners attending HOA Meetings by Zoom 

You may attend both Silver Creek Monthly Trustee and Annual Homeowner Meetings via Zoom. 

Homeowner Open Comments are generally the first agenda item.

NOTE:  Annual Meeting - Persons attending via Zoom are not permitted to vote.

To vote in the Annual Meeting - Please either attend in person or register another homeowner to vote in-person as Proxy on your behalf.

Homeowners who have submitted Proxy statements are counted toward the "Quorum" requirement for voting purposes (minimum number necessary for Association to hold member votes).

The Meeting Agenda information is sent each month to the email address on record.

The Meeting Agenda is also posted on the website home page and Agendas page 48-hours prior to the meeting.
