Silver Creek HOA Board meeting Zoom links are unavailable online until 2~3 days prior to the meeting.

The meeting itself is not open to join until 15 minutes prior to the meeting.

Homeowners attending HOA Meetings by Zoom 

You may attend both Silver Creek Monthly Trustee and Annual Homeowner Meetings via Zoom. 

Annual Meeting - Persons attending via Zoom are not permitted to vote.

Annual Meeting - Please either attend in person or register another homeowner to Proxy vote on your behalf.

Persons who have submitted Proxy statements are counted toward the requirement of have 2/3 of membership represented for voting purposes.

The Meeting Information will be posted in the agendas sent to you each month and a direct link will also be posted on Silvercreek-HOA.org website Home page prior to the meeting.
